All information provided on this website is given in good faith. I reserve the right to update and amend the website content without prior notice. Every effort is made to portray colours accurately but please be aware that computer monitors may display colours slightly differently.

All orders of physical goods must be paid for in full before any goods are dispatched. I aim to dispatch orders within 7 working days and will notify you of any unexpected delay.

Postage and packaging added at checkout. I reserve the right to amend these rates subject to price increases by Royal Mail and other carriers.

UK postage and package rates:

  • Up to and including 2kg = £3.95

  • Over 2kg = £6.95

EU postage and package rates:

  • Royal Mail International Standard = based on weight of products and packaging.

Rest of world postage and package rates:

  • Royal Mail International Standard = based on weight of products and packaging.

  • or Royal Mail International Economy = based on weight of products and packaging.

  • Shipping times (Economy) = 6 to 12 weeks dependent on location.

For non-UK orders weighing over 2kg - if I can ship cheaper using a different carrier I will refund you the difference.

Returns of physical goods: I hope that you are delighted with your purchase but if not please contact me here. I aim to issue any refunds or replacement orders within 7 working days.

Refunds on workshops are only given where I am able to fill the place. More details can be found on the workshop pages.

Privacy Policy

Protecting your data is important to me. This policy describes what data I collect and how it is used. If you have any questions or concerns please contact me.

Viewing my website: No personal information is collected when you view my website.

Subscribing to my blog: When you subscribe to my blog you go through a double opt-in process managed by MailChimp. Their privacy policy can be found here. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the link on each blog post, by visiting my website or by contacting me directly. The email address you provide is only ever used to email you new blog posts. It will not be used for any other form of marketing.

Using my shop: When you place an order via my shop I can only see the following information: your name, your email address and your postal address. I will use this information solely for the purpose of shipping your order or writing to you about the workshop. I do not add your email address to my subscription list – if you want to receive my posts by email you must subscribe through my website.

Payment is taken either through Paypal or, for card payment, through Stripe. They are fully GDPR complaint and their privacy policies can be seen here: Paypal and Stripe. I do not see any of your financial information at any time.
